Consulting Services

Walker Mobile offers consulting on strategic marketing, tactical marketing, and technology to companies developing, marketing or investigating touch screens & related materials, active digitizers, flat-panel displays & front-of-screen enhancements, or mobile computers. Consulting is available in any increment that meets a client’s needs – hourly, daily, project-based, or on retainer. Consulting can be performed on-site or via telephone and email. For any consulting engagement longer than a few hours, a Consulting Agreement is usually agreed upon and signed before work starts. Pre-approved travel expenses required to perform on-site consulting or to meet with clients outside of Silicon Valley are invoiced at cost at the completion of each trip; consulting time is charged only on outbound travel.

Currently all consulting services are delivered through IMS Research, a leading independent provider of market research and consulting to the global electronics industry. Consulting is also available through the following "expert network" firms: Gerson-Lehrman Group, Guidepoint Global, Primary Insight, DeMatteo Monness, and Zintro. In the specific disciplines of touch screens and tablets, Geoff Walker is also available to provide expert witness testimony through the Round Table Group, Silicon Valley Expert Witness Group, and IMS ExpertServices.
